After many visits to the North Pole, countless cups of hot chocolate, and some very important negotiations involving candy canes, Santa and his elves have created something truly magical for families this Christmas.

This year, Santa is sending one of his most trusted elves, Jovie, to join us aboard for a festive adventure like no other. Jovie will share a heartwarming Christmas story that reveals the secret tale of how the boats of Poole Harbour once helped Santa on a very special Christmas Eve. Along the way, she’ll lead plenty of festive games, laughter and magical moments to delight children of all ages.

No Christmas adventure would be complete without delicious treats, so you’ll also be able to visit our festive Hot Chocolate Station, where children and grown-ups alike can create their perfect cup of hot chocolate with a selection of tasty toppings and festive extras.

Then comes the moment everyone has been waiting for…

The excitement builds as the Big Man in Red comes aboard to welcome his special guests. Each family will have the opportunity to visit Santa in our onboard grotto, where children can share their Christmas wishes and receive a special gift straight from Santa’s sack.
